Step 1

REMINDER! Open Enrollment ends November 16, 2021

Welcome to the 2022 Open Enrollment!  The time is now to review your benefits and evaluate if your current benefits still meet your needs.  However, if you do not make changes during this enrollment, your current health and flexible benefits will continue.

There are no benefits nor premium changes to the Cigna plans.  Only employees that experience a change in Salary Band, based on the Benefits Salary in the system as of June 30, 2020, may experience a change in per pay deduction.

Any changes made during this enrollment will be effective January 1, 2022, and if not provided last year, employees covering dependent(s) will be asked to submit proof of dependent eligibility documentation.  If dependent eligibility documentation is not provided upon request, then dependent coverage will be terminated the first of the following month after the deadline to submit the documentation.

Step 2
